just realised today that our school library has lots of things!
after my hectic semester ends, i shall borrow some books for leisure reading!
managed to grab hold of the information i am looking for which is GOOD.
in this way, i can start on my OB individual project already. whee!

ate dinner earlier as usual at 5 plus because i was so hungry.
well, is because of something drastic that happened that made me have no appetite for lunch thus ended up having a very hungry hungry stomach for dinner.

2 more days to seeing my man! *cheers* =D

met SIM peeps today at school for Marketing Research Project discussion.
a very efficient and effective discussion i feel! way to go gals! =)

was browsing through the journals and textbooks in the library when i met Jerome.
what a small world! lol.
and i really hope that i can find the textbooks or else i don't need to do my individual project already la! urgh!!! pls let me get hold of the book soon!! i need it desperately! gawd!

then we went up to computer lab for our project meeting.
we were all busy looking for information online.

received my new specs today!
i am trying to start on my OB individual project..wells..
many of the textbooks are on loan! urgh!
tmrw i am going to DASH straight to the library to borrow them!
just nice there are 2 of them!
perhaps i just photocopy the relevant parts will do.

ystd only received news from dear at around 12 midnight.
glad he is safe in tekong. =)

Saturday



Met dear at last! after not seeing him for 2 weeks! Missed him so much la.

Went to army market with robin and alex as dear wanted to buy some stuff for army.

then after that went his home to slack a while..

ate at his house for dinner also..lol. he ordered his dinner since 2 weeks ago.

then he started preparing to go for soccer at ecp.

i took these pictures of him while he is packing.








don't you find his head is so small after cutting botak!
i simply love to play with his head la..
so like carpet grass! =X

soccer was quite interesting though.
his buddies think that all botaks look alike because one of them passed to the wrong guy!
haha. from far, i find that dear and yq look like. :P


Sunday


reached his house at 11 plus.
as we have movie to catch at 12.30pm.
the movie is chi bi la.
i find that there is a lot of talking in the movie but the tactics are cool!
it shows that outdated stuff can be useful sometimes! haha.
dear was so tired he fell asleep a few times.
haiz. my poor man.

then we went back his house so that he can catch a wink before he books in at 6pm on the same day. while he is sleeping, i helped him transfer songs to the mp3 player and then watched the superband he recorded also.

accompanied him to the bus interchange but he accompanied me to top up my ezlink card and to the traffic light. so sweet of him!
i tell ya.. at pasir ris interchange...
it was like flooded with NSF's!!!!
SO SCARY!!!!
everywhere i go, i see army guys. lol.

i can't wait for the next time i see him again!

I want to blog about so many things! shall label them one by one! hehe.

1. went out with twin on monday for dinner at Ma Maison again! :)

as it was ladies night, we decided to go there to eat because of the 20% discount. lol.

and the train to east is so slow! the frequency is so much slower compared to the red line.

then we had to wait for the 3rd train before we can hop onto the train to alight at bugis.

then when we alighted at bugis, i heard that there was a technical fault somewhere along the east line. i guess it explains all.

2. the ice bowl! i am so fascinated by it!!! twin can't tahan me la.

i am just soooo amazed by it! took a picture of it but think not too clear..

can u see that it is an ice bowl?

AMAZING RIGHT? haha.

3. and i did my specs already! black half frame with orange sides.

so funky and cool! and my mum is sponsoring me!

so happy. coz i bought my contact lens for a year supply already..which costs me $99.

yayyss! :P

and finally,

MY PAY HAS COME IN!! WHEE!

those working in starhub, go check! the DAY had arrived! :)

will update as frequent as possible. got sooo many tutorials and projects to be done. ahhh!!!

Thursday

met up with fef colleagues at cityhall and walked to marina square.

what a coincidence coz i saw kamini too! i went forward to say hi to her!

she like kenna shocked. lol.

then we ate at hotpot culture.

nice food there! i think the sweet and sour fish not bad. but kangkong not nice. :(

overall it is still worth the $24 la. :)

first time when i eat steamboat i dun feel very bloated.

Friday

after school, went out with kamini to walk walk at orchard coz at around 7pm we have 32/05 gathering!

walked like for a long time, i bought a mango green racerback.

i love racerbacks and spags! as it is only $15, i find it very worthwhile.

and oh ya, me and kamini like tai tai like that..

youngsters go to starbucks, the coffee bean and tea leaf for teabreak.

but guess where we went?

we went to this place!

so many different interpretations of TCC!

we ate the tuna sandwich and the devil's chocolate cake.

which i found it not bad. still prefer secret recipe chocolate cake.

and the choco tango that i ordered is so ORANGEY! dun really like it la. but drank finish coz dun wanna waste!

then met the class at toa payoh.

talked alot with them but most of my conversations are with S4!

whee! i simply love S4! they are SUCH great friends!

i am so blessed to have them as my buddies and sisters!!! :):)

and i am so touched at priya's small action of buying muffin for us!

so SWEET of her! thanks priya!

Saturday

after school, went out with christie and kamini to makan at J8.

ate at the food court!

i tell you. the layout is damn damn nice!!

the orange lights, the seats, the tables. everything!

so classy yet simple!!! i love the design.

cheers to the designer! great job!

and i found the top that i wanted!!!

it is at m)phosis retailing at $38.60.

ohh!!! feel like buying it now!!!

but my pay has come in yet. :( shall wait coz i need to buy my contact lenses too...

today is a rainy day...then got bad flu.

feeling so much better now.

perhaps is because i was on the phone with dear just now..

so happy to hear his voice..

i seriously MISS him!

one more week and i can see him!

i can't wait la!!!

so wanna give him a long long hug when i see him..

my poor man so tough at army but he is serving the country!! proud of him!! :P

and i know this is random but christie thought this was cute.. lol.

4 days have passed since dear entered tekong.
have been receiving calls from him every night.
i simply miss his voice and him!
although every call is a short one, but i really appreciated it.

started my lesson on buyer behaviour also.
think it is quite interesting..well, the australian lecturer has very serious mood swings. lol.
but i think studying this module can be easier because i can put myself in shopper's shoes as I am always a shopper! haha. be it online or on the streets...

later going to pasar malam to see some spec frames.
if it is cheap and not bad, considering to change my spec frame.
see how bah.. :)

woke up in the wee hours of the morning to go to dear's house to send him off for BMT! =)
reached his house at 7.30am.
had to wait for his cousin to arrive.
well, his mum thought i was not in proper attire as i was in shorts and sandals.
but it ended up that people were wearing that in!!! haha.
but i changed into the long pants and his mum shoes already liao..

it was such a refreshing experience for me to go to tekong.
my virgin trip there..
well, the facilities are very good.
guess that's where the taxes go to!!
to the MEN who are serving and protecting us!!! it is all worth it!!!

had a tour around the place..walk here walk there.
saw marching and shouting..
saw their bunks..12 people in a bunk..
4 bunks in one platoon...
and dear is in the P Company. :)

witnessed their oath taking ceremony.
they said 'WITH MY LIFE' very loudly.
i guess is because to emphasize that they are all devoted to serve Singapore.
then after that, had lunch with dear at their cookhouse.
perhaps to also get a feel of what they will be eating and how they queue up for their food.

after that, dear has to assemble in the parade square.
and this is where we officially parted. :(

he is booking out on 26th july evening!! i am so looking forward to this date!!!

i ate so much for dinner just now.
one packet of vegetable rice, a few nuts, and 3 puffs!!
wah seh..my tummy coming out le. =(
cannot! i must start exercising from sat onwards! have to keep a good figure!!

down with flu today again.
haiz.
met twin for lunch today and she got me the same ELMO that dear got me!!!
haha. now i have TWIN elmo!!! lol.
think i can start collecting stuff related to elmo now. bleahs.

then after i paid my sch fees,
i headed down to orchard to accompany my man (lol) to his dental appt at heeren there.
we stayed there for like one and a half hours and time to bade goodbye to him as we went separate ways. hope he likes the biscuits i bought for him to bring into army. hehe.

tmr is the day for him!
i can't wait to see him without any hair! lol.
me so bad.. but i guess he will still look nice to me no matter what because
I LOVE HIM!!!

here i am at dear's house blogging..
supposed to go wild wild wet today but because of some rigid system they have over there, we proceeded to swim instead at the SALTY SWIMMING POOL at downtown east. ARGH!!!!
haiz. my dear so dulan at their service.. we were directed from the guest relations to the technician to the helpdesk and in the end, we have to queue up to buy the tickets.

REALLY TESTING OUR PATIENCE can?!?!?

haiz.. what happened to the GEMS service that the govt advocates? haiyo. Singapore still have to buck up on their service and well, for wild wild wet, maybe try to let people to use lockers by inserting coins will do la. don't know what's the funkey thing is for also.
too much marketing tactics liao.. keep it simple perhaps can attract more crowd also.

bought caramel milk tea at cupwalker. cheered me up a little. haha. i love bubble tea! =)

another day of work tmr at ihub. going to meet the nice nice people again. hope can learn more things tmr also. maybe digital voice and recon of cable tv. working towards a fat paycheck and a fat bank account! jiayou!

was busy with work nowadays thus can't blog much la.
reach home like 11pm almost for all. but ystd reached home at 10pm. =)
helped out as a sales rep for starhub at the counter for the business roadshow held at suntec convention hall ystd. at first me and my colleagues like corinne, xiaorui are all very nervous..
because the in charge all looked so stressed and tensed up.
my first form was like 4 new lines i think. but okay la.
i got used to it eventually as time passed for the day.
it looked complicated at first look but i managed to grasp it and got the hang of it!
now i can do consumer, corporate and business roadshows!!!
yaay!!! way to go girl!

finally after 6 days of consecutive work, i am going out with dear later for my ben and jerry's ice cream! hurray!! =) i can't wait!
